CHURCH CLEANING APOSTOLATE
St.
Paul has a beautiful church facility. It is the place where our
Lord resides and where we go to worship Him. Cleanliness of this
facility is a must for our unfettered prayers and adoration. With
an average weekly attendance of from 2500 to 4200 people, the cleaning
of the church is a continual necessity on a weekly basis. To provide
the means of fulfilling this need, a church-cleaning apostolate
of two volunteer groups has been established in the parish. One
group cleans on Monday mornings and the other on Thursday mornings.
Each group works from 9:30 AM to about 11:00 AM. The work is not
difficult, it is a rewarding time, and it keeps one very close to
the Lord for that hour and a half. |
